I've moved over to Ultimate Bet for a bit and have worked up to my limit (US$300K) so have to go through the painful cashout process. My old site had Visa credits, a couple of button presses and I got my money for free, they even reimbursed the deposit fee. No such luck with UB, who offer:

Instadebit
Epassporte
Neteller
Mycitadel
Electronic Check
Click2Pay
Moneybookers
Firepay
Check by mail
Bank Wire.

Which do you use and which would you recommend? Do you know what the fees and lead times are like? Cheers.
ps. I didn't make 300K, sadly.

I have set enough aside to hire bandit and boldie as bodyguards, they will save me from the kidnappers.
How much effort would it take a site to set up bl**dy visa credits? Methinks they don't like making withdrawals easy...
