I have just tried to log into the open on Sky tonight,I was asked to provide my drivers liesence no0 or to e=-mail my passport no.

Nobody asked my for this over the last week since I set up my acc.

I was therefore unable toplay in the open, is everyone else getting this, and isn't it a bit beyond accepability.

What if I had no passport or driving licence, does this mean II couldn't play?

Hi john boy.

Spoke to guy at customers servs. He said it was under Alderney law that this info is required as part of the signing up process.(although he stated that "It hadn't been working recently")
I was just wondering if other players had come up against this.It seems strange it only happens to me?

I know several pokersites that ask for this info...I don't see the point of it really and I ain't giving it.

yes I too refused to give either my passport or my driving details!!

As my money is lodged with skybet, I wonder if I have to give the details,if I want a £5 punt on the 3:15 at Market Rasen.

I thought the sky suits were reading this, An expaination would be helpful.

Can't see why its only me who'se affected?

Smithy,

you can play through your box, or online via the skypoker website.
