The players are now being called back. A few were eager beavers (not Joe, ironically), were waiting patiently already, one of whom was Ash Pervais, who told me that he got his chips with Queens.

"I dead-called a raise with Queens, only for Ronnie what's his face (De Beaullox) to move all-in for 17k behind me. The original raiser then flat called leaving himself just 12k behind (!). I thought it looked a bit dodgy, but couldn't play scared so shoved it in. Both had A-K and I flopped a Queen."
