It may be slow progress so far, but one thing that can be said, this final's certainly not a crapshoot.

Any chance of asking the Tournie Director to skip a few blind levels as some of us are getting a bit bored by the slowness of it all  Wink

Joe: "Everyone round the table was thinking 'shit' when that second Three hit the Turn."

So true.  Cheesy

"Is that what you think of us?" ask Bandit.

Dan raises to 46k, pass round to Des Jonas on the button, who's acted fairly fast up to this point, deliberately re-raises to 160k.  Dan gives it up, and the crowd gives it up for the very popular local.

Shaf on the button, "I'm going to have a little stab at it and see what happens."  He gets the blinds of John and Dan (pictured, acting like a pair of synchronised swimmers.  These photos look hilarious on my camera when I flick back and forth quickly between them).

Jerome gets some blinds with an under the gun raise, and the next hand informs the table that there's no shame in giving him a walk.  "Many a stack has been decimated in a battle of the blinds," he pronounces.  Wise beyond his years.

Small blind Jerome re-raises 120k preflop over the top of Billy Ngo (on the button).  He doesn't look like he's enjoying it that much, asking, "Show me if I fold?"
"I guess..." says Jerome.  Then "Don't fold," in a plaintive voice.
Billy loses his nerve, passes and gets shown two hearts three diamonds, just like he asked.

Awesome to see Dan's still in,

What's his chip stack like?

Well, he's moved in more than once, with no one wanting to give him enough chips to play with, so picking up 32k each time he gets no callers.

Difficult to tell because we can't get close to the table, but from afar, I'd say just under 400k.

Shaf has now introduced the word 'piss' to the final table:

so that's...

piss
pussy
shit

I say he makes double figures before the end of the final.

Add 'poof' to the list.

We're on 4!

Any bets?
