OK ... I have been trying to access Broadband in my new home since last november, i am on a pi*** dial up at he moment.

Sky have been an absolute nightmare in trying to get online with them. I can not as yet get the best Sky as it has not yet reached our area but they have offered me the Bundle pkg for a fiver a month, unfortunalty they have made a lot of cock ups in getting me live.

The problem lies with the internet light not showing up on the netgeat router which they sent me.   I have been passed from piller to post to get this sorted and still no joy. Has anyone on here experienced anything similar and if so can you help before i go on tilt and and ram my telephone where the sun don't shine on a "sky tech help line " persona..

I recently switched to sky for my broadband and this far i can say they have been fantastic, no problems at all, infact they told me i would be actibe on the monday, and sure as you like i was cut off from Bt one minute and on to sky the next.

The customerservice has been great too, Calls are answered quickly and by someone from these British shores, which is a welcome change and it makes all the difference when setting up the account.

I think you have been unlucky here Mrs Nun.
