For those who follow such things....

CVC Capital has thrown its hat into the ring to buy Coral Eurobet.

It follows the news that Gala is stalking the bingo and casino operator and is discussing creating a £4bn gambling empire.
  Coral, meanwhile, is keen to open more betting shops.
