Put your hands up for Detroit.......We love this CITY. Im on this quite big.

Also Got a saver on HE at 7-2 on Paddy Power last night, where they refund your losing stake if your horse comes 2nd to Detroit City.

Need Hardy Eustace or Detroit to win to put me in profit for the day.

Detroit City 1st, Hardy Eustace 2nd would be the ideal result

Surely that cant be too much to ask?

13/8 is a ridiculous price.

Lay of the day.

I can't see hardy eustace losing.,.I think my 9-1 to win by 2.5 lenghts is looking pretty good. (like I said you can get the same deal at 8-1 with Detroit) and my ante post is all still  on him...it's my biggest bet of the week.

I agree..preposterous price..typical of day 1 of the festival though..punters always do this. If he wins I bet you Kauto will start odds on.

Its panic money because Amaretto Rose lost.

I don't really fancy Brave Inca, but I've had to have a bet at 7.6 on betfair.

Also had a good bet on Iktitaf at 18/1 and Hardy Eustace at 7/2.

If Detroit City wins I will be playing $3 rebuys tournaments for the next few weeks!

one of the cheltenham special bets I got it in store.

It's the Champion hurdle special or something like that.

edit..just to clarify.it's win by upto 2.5.
by 2.5 to 4 lenghts is 10-1 for Hardy
