Snoopy - they said that the probs with the computer was pink shoes...........

I thought it was because my electric personality was interfering with the software somehow.

Hello, bloke from Sky here.

Sorry to hear about the technical issues, hope you get positive response from Sky bet customer services - they are the best contact for any connection problems. Thanks for the continued comments and suggestions.

Shocking.

I have had a response back that says based on my subsequent play in the tourney i am clearly a  and it would have made no difference to me.

Well actually no, none of that was said but they are looking in to it. initial response is that it was all ok at the Sky end. Just so frustrating that it would happen when I hit the nut flush and also when i get pocket aces, why couldn't it have been a rubbish hand then i would not have been worried.

That's what I don't get at all. they do own Bet365 now which as part of the microgaming sites we know can be shown on tv. It must be the desire to use the interactive function, but i would imagine the majority of people use a pc.

They have purchased the 365 media group I perhaps wrongly as it seems assumed bet365 were part of that group.

Ah yes, that's where the disconnect is. You're right, Bet365 the bookie/poker room is a totally different company.
