Theres so much dead money in NL $200 and $400 but i think i need to improve my game sligthly and this may help.

What about Stewart Reubens How Good is your Omaha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha ....series?? As comic scripts go this is surely the best!
....And then the guy has the audacity to write another ..How Good is your Hold em ....what a comedian.
Seriously though super system has a few good cash chapters.

This site has some nice articles http://www.pokertips.org/strategy/strategy.php

I have a few ebooks and word docs if you want me to send you them.

I have a few books and they are tournament or limit oriented so not too good for what is my stopming ground and your looking for! As AnrewsT said, some good chapters in super system (well 1 chapter) and it's about Doyle's aggressive and lose (ish) style which might not fit these games (haven't read it for a while, and might be mixed up with SS1...)

Just did a little research cos if we can find a decent book I'll be getting it too.

Ruled out loads of books, this is about the only one that I could find that some some potential:

Title: No Limit Hold'em Theory and Practice
Author: David Sklansky and Ed Miller
http://www.thepokerforum.com/bookreviews52082806.htm
Review says its got some good information and a lot of the examples are applicable to cash not tounraments. But it's a bit disjointed - I think I could cope with that, don't really read a book cover to cover anyway, just pick out bits.

It's the only one I know that it specifically targeted at cash games.

Was very helpful when I first read it, and it helped my game.  On my current form in cash games, I think I might have to read it again!

A bit of the review says "This is a book based solely on cash games with most examples coming from fixed limit tables."

This bit is confusing me, the title of the book is Mastering No-Limit Hold'Em, do they take examples from limit? Or do you mean that their samples of hands are from a certain fixed range of limits?

It's been a while since I wrote that review, but I think I must have meant they only focus on say $1/2/$2/4 levels. Fixed was obviously the wrong word.

I have written a book on making money from cash games. Here it is, for free.

Chapter One
Do not play while tired
Chapter Two
Do not play while intoxicated
Chapter Three
Be patient
Chapter Four
Do not go on tilt

You can save a fortune by using this handy 4 step plan. Everything else is secondary.

Best book I got.

Its a brilliant book, but its a limit hold'em text, and the OP mentions NL cash games.

I'd suggest NL Holdem Theory and Practice by Sklansky/Miller, Phil Gordon's Little Green Book (just bought the Little Blue one while in Vegas, which I believe is more of the same, but I've not yet read it and Ciaffone/Reuben's Pot and No Limit Poker as good choices.

HOH4 is also apparently in the pipeline and will be a book aimed specifically at cash games.
