Southend has no peers......

I played the Thursday night £150 and the main event @ Southend last week.  Close to the money in the £150 got AA cracked by AQ after getting it all in pre flop, but thats the way it goes.

Also wanted to say how well run i thought it was.  Enjoyed it.

Might try and get to a few of the weekly comps more offen now.  Tuesdays £50 with 1 rebuy or add on, has the most poker in it i know for a weekly tourney.  Also a £100 freezeout on fridays i think.

First post on here, some may recognise my name from Ladbrokes - spiritual home and sometimes can be found on badbeat!

Like you said Tikay, Adam is a top bloke and knows his stuff. Just wish i had the 'roll to play in the ME down there! Its only about 5 mins away from me here in Shoebury. As Tikay said, there are a fine bunch of Slovakian ladies down there working and it does make the place a much better one to be at!
I have been a lurker on here for ages, always looking at the tourny updates and thinking WHAT IF!

Glad u enjoyed it Tikay, its an excellent place for poker and the clock waits for absolutely NO-ONE!
