I received this email from paypal and it looks fairly legit for something I have not bought. Is this a scam to get me to go to a dodgy website and give them my login info or is it legit? This is the text but the actual email is paypal branded and looks pretty legit?

dodgy - to give you an idea about how widely these have been sent out. There are 7 people in my company and 5 of them have received this email.

Definitely dodgy. Do not click on the link. Put your mouse cursor over the link (without clicking it). In the bottom of your screen you will see a little bit of text suddenly say 'javascript' etc etc, it is running a redirect script, not activating a hyperlink. Scam scam scam. Forward to paypal then delete.
Also, if possible, change your paypal active email address to a new one, the one you have is compromised, probably through ebay activity.
