Referee when Ajax score their first against PSV (Ajax won 5-1).

Referee's excuse "I was celebrating a well judged advantage ruling"  Shocked

Happened in Uk a while ago, that little gingernut from Barnsley did same thing, punshed the air.

Was that in a Liverpool game?  I remember one where Smicer was fouled, but the ref played advantage and Liverpool went on to score (think it was Berger, but I may have got it the wrong way round).  When they scored the ref turned and punched the air in celebration - he was asked about it afterwards, and said he was celebrating  his correct decision to play the advantage.
