RED if you can find a wimpy they still do the round sausages, in fact i think they may be left over stock from the early 80's.

Starter
Calamari en salsa

Location
Tapas bar jsut off Las Ramblas in barcelona on a warm, balmy day.

Crispy battered squid with a spicy tomato sauce, in a relaxed beautiful environ. Fantastic.

Main Course
Duck a l'orange with all the trimmings (honey roast parsnips, duck fat-roasted roasted potatoes, boiled, buttered carrots, mashed swede, roasted sweet potato, boiled green beans and orange sauce/gravy)

Location
At home with family and friends on a cold night in a warm house.

Duck's the nuts and although i love all roasts, the crispy skin and amazing taste of duck gives it the edge.

Dessert

I'm not a big sweet fan but Pavlova/ Proiteroles/ Eve's pudding are all great.

For nostalgia though I'll prob go for an indulgent knickerbockerglory at one of the ice cream shops on a steamy day in blackpool. Marvellous!

Starter
Loads of Extra Hot & Spicy Chicken Wings with loads of spicy sauce

Main Course
Chicken Tikka Massala with Pilau Rice and a Garlic Naan.

Desert
Dont really eat sweet things, some more chicken would be great.

Edit: Norrr, I Love Mussels. But the chicken wings are essential. Can i have mussels in sauce instead for my desert plz? The same sauce i had in Greece with them. With that Greek sounding name. k thx.

OK so people who know me, know I that tend to exist on a diet of burgers and chips with the odd steak thrown in - the bloodier the better...

But  - and this even surprised me - I think my fave 3 course meal would have to be....

Smoked salmon - drenched in freshly squeezed lemon

Reindeer - any which way - love the stuff
Failing that - a bit of Ostrich - which is the closest meat to it IMO...

Berries with whipped cream and chocolate shavings, with a side of toffees sauce, just because I can....
