Do you have any jewelry you never take off?    I have a chain that I have had on almost constantly for about 12 years.  The only times I have taken it off were after a bike crash when in Hospital, while going for three X Rays over the years, once for an MRI scan and another for another hospital stay.

My watch, I have a thing about watches, they must be as accurate, maintenance free and indestructible as possible.

My wedding ring, the only time I haven't worn it is when it wore out about 7 or 8 years ago and I took it off to get it repaired

My watch as well, I love watches.   I had a bracelet until recently that I had worn for years, but it is now somewhere at the bottom of the River Irvine after getting caught on a stick as I was throwing sticks in for my dogs while swimming.

I don't blame you for not going to try find it either, River Irvine the brownest mankiest river about.  Don't know how the kids used to go swimming in it. yuck

Actually I think it's actually just peat that makes it that colour but it does look manky.

I never take off my wedding ring.  Don't wear any other jewelry.

Yep, it is a brown colour, but it is just peat.  It is a popular river with the Irvine Valley dogs, lol.  They enjoy it.

Yep my wee Border Terrier loves it.  Would spend all day going back and forth for her ball or a stick if she's forgot the ball.  I'm only 2 mins from the river too.
