a) Build the pot.

You want to encourage callers on this flop and get people drawing to worse flushes/ straights/ hands which will make 2nd best hands that will pay you off when you hit, or hands that you can 3/4 for larger amounts on later streets. Hands like 23 might well call here thinking they have lots of outs when in fact they are drawing very thin.

9$ in there, I like a bet of $4-$6.

Checking is bad as you have high equity here and should make worse hands pay to continue which they often will.

Betting pot is not my preference although it can be ok depending on how you are playing. I think this will discourage bad draws though which I'd be trying to encourage to call.

Encourage callers. But more to the point, why do you only have $65 infront of you?
Less money in a game like this means you cant freeze others out of the pot on the turn with a large bet.

i got runner runnered and doubled a player up the hand before and the refill hadnt hit

i normally awlays have 200 in front on that table when i get below 150 i refill
