I think this whole excuse about being barred from entering the tournament is a sham, a flim flam; a shallow excuse dreamt up by a cunning presenter whilst stuck in traffic on his way to a definite defeat at the hands of The Bank of Norm.

Gould was just a little bit too keen to tell everyone what an outrage it was. And he did indeed tell everyone.

However, I also suspect that there is enormous benefit in having a colinic irrigation. I would certainly have no qualms about taking one for the team. I suspect it would be very refreshing. I think it is very unfair of Spiny and Stillhair to suggest it is some kind of forfeit.

Personally, I think the entire Sky Poker team shoud have it done. It would ensure our presenters arrived for work fresh-faced and light on their feet.

If you know what I mean.

If what you mean is they wouldnt be able to sit down for a week then yes. I agree though, you should give the whole team a jetwash- in fact give that ed bloke 2 blasts.

Can I just say that this treatment is actually a really nice experience? All this kerfuffle about it being a forfeit - it's actually a really great thing to do and we are booked out for weeks and run a waiting list!!!

Colonics are very popular among the professional sportsmen..great cleansing and feel good factor along with added energy.    Mr Gould would be joining the ranks of many fit and fantastic guys who look after themselves. Rather than a forfeit how about looking at it as a consolation prize?  Grin

LOOOOOL

I'm sure it is nice, but it just goes against all my red blooded male instincts!

Behave you.

As an employee, I'll do anything I'm asked. I've had to wear a hoodie on Live TV on He Who Must Be Obeyed's instructions, and the viewers have yet to see the depths to which I was plunged (don't go there) at a Film Shoot last Thursday. But there is a limit, & if anyone wants to take a hosepipe to my bottle, expect serious resistence. I'm tight at the poker tables, & everywhere else, too.

Pass.
