http://www.rayslab.com/startup_manager/startup_manager.htmlTry downloading this, it will show you all the places that a program can auto-launch from, a lot of viruses/trojans park themselves in the registry. This program will show you what is getting run at startup. I sometime use one of these just to eyeball what is there. Have a look and if there is anything that looks suspicious (running from strange folders or weird filenames) post it up. It's not a 100% guaranteed to find everything but it can turn up a few that virus checkers miss, esp. if they are new.
