"I've just taken a 100k pot off Johnny Chan," reports Michael Greco. "I raised it up with Kings, Chan called. 4-J-5 Flop, I checked, he bet, I called. Five Turn, both check. 4 River, I bet 20k, he calls and mucks."
Well played in my humble opinion.

Praz Bansi made a big lay down, raising it up to A-K, the bracelet winner received two callers before they all checked down a
Flop.
After one caller had checked the rag Turn, Praz Bansi 8k bet was called behind him only for the checker to make it 20k. Praz called before folding to the 50k bet on the 5 blank River.
"I thought my call on the Turn looked strong and he'd have to check the River unless he had a set, which is why I folded. Plus 50k is a big chunk of my stack too, but I reckon I was behind."

Quick UK Mini-Update:
Kevin O'Connell 127k
Surinder Sunar 47.5k
Ram Vaswani 149k
Roland de Wolfe 44k
Stuart Fox 27k
Roland says, "Can I ask you a question?" I expect, "Have you got a Nokia limited edition phone charger?" or, "How is Thomas Wahlroos doing?" or something, but no, it's "Which player who started today's name would score the most in Scrabble?" I think his attention span might be being tested today...

Robert Williamson III (not sure where the other two are) is OUT.
As reported by former table mate Michael Greco, Robert made an all-in move with
after Alan Cutler had raised under-the-gun and Lonnie Heimowitz had smooth called from the small blind.
Surprisingly, it was Heimowitz who took out the pro with A-K.
I canrt believe people misplay this hand so much, where is Brian when we need him??

While talking to Praz, a hand developed on his table. Henry Rondon, who, according to Praz, hadn't played a hand all day up until this point, decided that now was the time, all in with A-9 vs the A-7 of Bill Ferrand...
The board 5-6-8.....Q-9 and a clearly disappointed 354th place finisher exited the room muttering, "Suckout" under his breath, while the biologist-amateur couldn't help one of those "Yess"s as the river straightened his raggy Ace.

I reckon Anna Wroblewski is doing well on the scrabble front, but Jacob Fernandez probably takes it.

Rams double up to 150k was courtesy of a Kings v Queens confrontation. We believe it was all-in pre-flop, but either way, the Flop brought both players sets.

Lars Bonding raises to 4,100 pre-flop, Mateyboy calls in the cut-off and Jan Sjavik makes it 20k from the big blind. Both players pass. Sjavik up to 123,500.

Well done for being too drunk to read, at least you admit it -
Anna (pictured here next to Daniel Alaei, I think) has about 145k. She got off to such a flying start yesterday that the average chips have taken more than a day to even look like they're catching up to her. She's still in good shape although looks to be down about 50k on the start of the day. The climbers of today include Ram Vaswani, who's tripled his stack since this morning.

Hi Snoopy and Jen,
Any news on Barny, Ross or Ram please?
Just to let you know I'm out. I got it on on a 929 flop against a pre flop raiser and the sb who had called. I had 89 and the SB woke up with 22. My 10/3 shot never got there and now I'm doing what all sick people do in Vegas (playing online in my hotel room :-) )
Cheers,
Joe
