whats the best way in starting at omaha .My exsperiance is limited to reading about it in ss2 and having a dabble on ps at .01-.02. if in hold em they say a proper bankroll is 20 buy ins in cash games what should it be in omaha. would like to learn this game as seems to be played alot in the uk

Read a couple more books first. Then head into a low limit cash game and work your way up gradually. I'd start off with a ten table game and play ABC Omaha. Then when you get the hang of it and see a small profit emerging, give the higher limits and the lesser handed tables a try.

My advice: Reread the Omaha chapter in Doyle's Poker System 2, and Omaha Hold Em Poker by Bob Caffione.

By the way, Ariston seems quite knowledgeable on Omaha, he may be able to answer your question about bankroll.

Actually, the best Omaha site on the net is probably BigDaveD's blog at:

http://internetpokerpro.blogspot.com/

I would say that Ciaffone's and Reuben's books are the best ones to read. 

Also, I doubt you will learn much playing below $1-$2 PLO on the net...instead you are likely to pick up bad habits like calling to hit the idiot end of a straight...
