ps, i like you james, just amuses me that you piss someone off every ten minutes. First 2 threads i looked at today you had wound someone up.

Reading what I would imagine are the two threads referred to, it seems to me that Flushy simply a) commented that a hand which had been posted was bad play (fair comment) and b) suggested that a poker club which had closed down was not fully legal (again, fair comment). The fact that people threw their toys out of the pram in responding isn't Flushy's fault.

as i said it makes me laugh because i wouldn't post the obvious answer but flushy goes right ahead and points out the flaws of their question or post with no nod to tactfulness whatsoever.

I think that this is valuable advice. Clearly people need to be told straight if they are wasting their time playing poker. Flushy recognised this immediately and let the mis-guided member know that his future wasn't in the game.

The newly enlightened member responded by saying...

Flushy thinks I played this hand badly, I'm going to find a new game and quit poker altogether.  Thanks for your advice.

Now play the opposite cos everyone else has read harrington.

I personally laugh at most of his 'short' responses, but can see how they are mis-construed my new members of the forum who are totally oblivious to his unique posting style.
