I'm having trouble with the sound on my laptop - it jumps about and is really choppy.  It started as an intermittent problem, but now happens all the time.  Any ideas?

Had an old laptop that went like this, reinstalling the sound drivers fixed it though.

Ihad this in my toshiba a few months back, google it and you might be suprised others have same problem with that model.

I ended up just removing a few bits of software I don't really use and it seemed to do the trick...
