anyone know what a hoover looks like

been clearing through 5 years of unopened mail and other assorted junk

some stuff needed shreading so i did so

everything was going well untill i tried to poor the shreads into the recycle bin

now more is on the floor and me than in the bin

no idea where the hoover is or what it looks like and i need to tidy up

before the nurse arrives tomorrow and calls the social services

Why not find the box-file with your old birthday cards in it, put them back out on top of the monitor, desk, cistern, wherever, and place an empty whisky bottle on your lap just before the nurse arrives? Throw her off the scent...
