Hi guys

I am trying to link my tv with the computer and all im getting on the tv is coloured lines any ideas?

Try rebooting the computer with the VGA/svga cable attached to the TV, it might just resolve any resolution issues if it see it as a plug and play device? Worth a try.

Have you changed the settings on the computer (desktop, right click - properties - settings) to the telebox?

Without further info, my only tip is to put your resolution down to 800x600.
