I need help and this is the place to get it Smiley:

Two days ago I deposited into InterPoker for the Blonde Tourney the following night.  I had InterPoker downloaded already so this is why I chose to play the tournament through them.

However, I was having MAJOR lag problems.  Cards were being dealt at the rate of 1 every 2 seconds and by the time it came to my turn to act, my hand had been folded because I didn't act in time.

Luckily I have a second laptop, so i quickly installed Interpoker and began to play again - this was still quite sluggish but it was a bit faster and my hand wasn't being folded before I had time to act.  By the time the final was 3 handed though, the major lag was back.

I tried turning off all animations and sounds etc, closing down all other applications and re-booting but none of these things helped.

So, knowing that you like to hold your tourneys on crypto I decided to go to William Hill and download their software.  The problem is exactly the same.  Very laggy and no time to act etc.

I have just had a look at the other crypto skins and, to be honest, I dont want to deposit into any more of them - especially as I have never even heard of any of them.

I really enjoyed the blonde tourney and would love to play again, but with the way things are at the moment, it's going to be impossible.

Does anyone know if there is anything else that I can do by changing any settings that might enable me to play?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

To be honest mate i know exactly where your coming from, im on Betfair and they used to be like this alot, until they had an upgrade recently, and since then it hasnt happened at all.

Not sure about the other sites, but i always thought that when it happen on betfair it was happening to all skins accross the network, yet during the blonde tourney my skin (betfair) ran perfect, accept i lost my race off JJ v AQ! But thats not really the skins fault! I think.

Have you tried contacting them, and asking about any difficulties they may have been experiencing during that time period?

Did anyone else use this skin for the tourney and did any of yous encounter an such inappropriations?

Blonde if defo the place to ask, im sure there will be a barrow load of replies to help soon enough, sorry thats all i know, but im kindy think ya see. crazy

I had a few similar problems. For some reason microsoft were blocking "Upgrade assistant" for Crypto. Since I've unblocked it its run ok. Not that I play there much anyhow. My only suggestion is to do what I did with Betfair. Completely uninstall and turn off PC then turn on and reinstall. Fingers crossed its worked since.

Thx for the replys guys.

Microsoft wasn't blocking "UA" so I uninstalled, re-booted and re-installed and am still getting same problems.

Time to cash out I guess, coz it's unplayable as it stands.
