WHAT FILM ? ! ? ! ? ! ?

The seminal sci-fi film from 1982, an absolute classic, prefer the original theatrical release to the Directors cut, Harrison Ford's voice over pieces certainly set the tone of the film for me.

Underwhelmed on first viewing, keeps getting better every time I see it. Classic.

gets better with reviewing, music and cinematography are amazing. you need to be in the mood for it a bit, classic though.

Grim demo:

http://www.gamershell.com/download_4674.shtml

which won 'Best Game' the year Half Life came out, no mean feat...

review: http://uk.gamespot.com/pc/adventure/grimfandango/review.html

"The one real problem with Grim Fandango is that the end comes too soon. This isn't because it's too short (it should take most a good two- to three-dozen hours), but because the designers have created a rich world that you won't want to leave, filled with memorable characters that are hard to say goodbye to. Don't be surprised if you're sad when it's over."

awesomage.

even the difficult puzzles are workable if you really persevere. Not a hit-and-hope-point-and-click. Plays like a film.

Will these still play on today's desktops though?

I can't get Monkey Island nor Discworld to work on my laptop because they are too old.
