George Clooney- Templeton "Face man" Peck
Not sure bout Hannibal Smith, mabye Mel Gibson,(would need 2 look good with a big cigar)

Hanibal Smith - Jack Nicholson would be a phenomenal Hamibal IMHO, but the age gaps would be a bit tricky tbh.

The female hangon ( eye candy ), such a choice, short list would be Elisha Cuthbert, Hayden Panettiere, Ali Larter, Vanessa Marcil, Jessica Alba, Tbh i cant make a shortlist so i will stop here.
