Phew! It's been a really unsettled week technical-wise. Things got so bad I had to fly in from my Miami office to kick some ass.
There were problems with the streamed channel last night (that's the one you can watch on your computer while you play) and the guys at our production centre have got to the root of the problem and sorted it out. I can't give you the exact technical details but I understand it may have been due to someone sitting on the remote control.
The bigger issue has been the breakdown in the service meaning people couldn't play The Open two nights in a row. The entire network is being examined and our apologies are extended to everyone who tried to play Sky Poker this week and had problems.
Though I have learnt to never count my chickens, the servers seem to be working OK now and the TV side was fine last night (there was a particularly talented female guest on the show), so we hope to be able to bring you a regular service tonight.
Have a cool Bank Holiday weekend.
