Memory dump / RAM problem is a red herring.
It's all about the graphics problem causing the crash and therefore memory dump.
Install the latest graphics drivers. If you still have the problem try some older ones! Or you could do windows update and see what drivers that installs, they might be stable

Maybe try a system restore.
If you have nothing to lose (file wise) then a format and reinstall should do the trick.
that's a different video card isn't it? how do you download drivers and stuff if you're not connected to the internet?

You have to be online to download obviously, but you could download on another PC and copy it to CD or USB flash drive. Usually you get a CD-ROM with drivers on with your GFX card but they won't be the latest drivers.
