I have nothing to say
Help me stay awake
«

I have to go to work tomorrow - one day a week of actual real work and it's less than 24 hours away.
My problem is that I have gotten my sleep pattern all screwed up and I went to bed at 9am yesterday and never woke up until 7pm last night!!!
So I decided, in my wisdom, that I would not go to bed today and would try and get thru to about 10pm with no sleep.
I have been up 19 hours and I still have minimum of 8 hours to go and I am just starting to find it impossible to keep my eyes open.
Any suggestions on how to stay awake would be greatly appreciated. Ive had 4 Ltrs of Coke (the drinking kind) and numerous cups of coffee and I will have the shakes soooooooooon if i drink any more.
HELP ME!

Get out and about, drag yourself to the shops, if even to gaze at the windows.

Go for a walk, straight on out of your house, heading towards the main road, cross the dual carriageway without using a level crossing, turn right down to the next roundabout, straight across, same at the next roundabout, and then the next one, turn right, into newsagents three doors down from the Chinese
Buy supplies of lucozade to quench your thirst on way back
walk back quicker
get home
turn on loud music, feed the cats, mow the lawn, make some tea, ironing, The simpsons on Sky one, Play a STT on Crypto (this will make you too angry to fall asleep) making a point of raising every hand (just to offfset your anger).
At about 9.30pm, Listen to Bondy's sports betting stories. Come 10pm, this will be just what you need to send you into the land of nod!!

Drive 10 miles, pick up Lost DVD's from Sheriff. Your problem will be persuading yourself to sleep at 10pm!

When I ad to write my dissertation in 3 days I did the old "Redbull with a teaspoon of coffee and 4 pro plus' in it" trick. Horrible, but it works. I got a 2:1!

Try logging on to a Crypto site. That should keep you going for a while

Working full time can be a real pain if you end up spending a whole night at a casino.
Sometimes you can be playing til 2 or 3 o'clock in the morning and still not cash. (I don't mind coming home really late if I win big
)
Anyhow, if you consider potential journey times and that hour some people require to wind down, you can often find yourself not going to bed until what I call ‘silly hours’.
Now if you’ve gone to bed at a ‘silly hour’ and you have work in the morning, your body’s going to be shattered. Personally, even if it’s the weekend I still find it difficult to get back into my normal sleeping patterns before Monday. My feeble body just doesn’t adjust well to the changes.
To conclude, my advice is:
Don’t win too much.
Hope that helps.

It's Grey and windy. Very warm though. Might be a storm tonight.

I live in London, I just went out to post some letters and the weather feels like July.
