4 colour decks are the nuts, give em a couple of days and you'll never go back. but don't every poker site on the internet give you the choice of whether to have them or not?

Have to agree - switched on stars when starting playing again recently and i wouldn't switch back now.

Made it difficult when playing on blonde event 1 on monday because i had to stay awake and concentrating because i couldnt enlarge table to see difference between spades and clubs from a distance.

trick question - you don't mark anything down until you've had your other two rolls.  Of course you go for the high straight, and take the low if you don't hit.  Next.

1) Four colour decks are the best thing ever. The thing I love about my cards is that they don't even have suits on them. They're simply colours. I don't need to remember if it's clubs or diamonds which are green - it doesn't matter. Five of the same colour is a flush - easy.

2) Sod Yahtzee - when will Pass The Pigs be incorporated into Blonde?

oooh - tricky.  Depends on the circumstances.  If you've completed all your boxes and chance is the last you are left with, I would say it is acceptable to enter a chance score of only 6 if you roll five ones on your first throw and don't hit whilst attempting to get your bonus yahtzee points.

Hmmmm.

Pass the Pigs is the game with the two small pigs that you throw, and get points as to whether they land on their feet, or snouts, or side or whatever.

The game you describe is what I know as Donkey.

Now that you mention it the throwing pigs does ring a bell!!

not sure of a game called donkey, the game i'm thinking of involved numerous players and three cards of same value being removed for each participant. Then everyone used to pass a card face down to the players on their left while receiving a card from the player on their right. When you got 3 of a kind you put your finger on your nose and the last one to put their finger on their nose got a letter next to their name. First a P then an I then a G - once you get all three letters your out!

Yahtzee tourny at the next bash then .... Im in !!

anyone for Risk?

Now your talking, can we have a combined risk/monopoly handicap tournament?
