A lot funnier as well;

The owners are coming over for the Merseyside derby - are you having talks with them and are there any new players on the agenda?
Well, it would be rude not to talk to them since they employ us!
5-4 looks big odds to me TBF. Everton have been doing better lately but with Pienaar now definitely moving and The Kenny effect at Anfield in a derby 5-4 looks a bit tasty

Yeah, you'd fancy Liverpool normally - but who knows at the moment?
Has it been announced where Pienaar is going yet?

No, sportinglife states "Everton have accepted an offer from an unnamed club" think Kenny signed him on the sly?

LOL - there was some weird rumour about Liverpool being interested some time back - but really, really doubt it. At least Carragher would get to kick him every training session instead of waiting for the Derby game

Been watching some US TV recently and the ownership of LFC is going down badly with Red Sox fans. (They actually do call us the Liverpool Red Sox - sigh!) The Sox didn't make the playoffs and apparently it's FSG's first priority to fix that next season.
IMO LFC fans need to get used to the fact that we're second best in a stable.

Lukaku for £22M apparently. I know very little about him, other than people seem to rate him. Would be our second most expensive signing ever after Torres.

Pacey, good eye for goal, excellent skill. Was linked with every club under the sun at one stage (Chelsea, Spurs, Man U and Real). In Belgium they hailed him as the "new Drogba".
BBC said he wasn't moving on Dec 21st
http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/9301949.stm
From the little I've seen of him he's a proper talent. Might pick Liverpool because he will get games there whereas at Real, Chelsea or ManU he'd end up wasting time on the bench. He has to play though, it's vital for his progression so no point buying him as a back up as he won't take kindly to that

For his age he's a physcial monster. Moreso than Rooney was. Please let this be true.

His voice just does my head in. Have to mute whenever he's commentating

Stephen Warnock is poised to return to Liverpool after accepting he has little future at Aston Villa, according to a report.
The England left-back has lost his place in the Villa first team and manager Gerard Houllier has indicated he is free to leave.
Blackburn Rovers were keen to sign the 29-year-old but it now seems that his destination will be Liverpool, reports the Daily Mail.
The Reds have asked to take Warnock on loan for the rest of the season and the player has apparently been told he can move to Anfield.
Liverpool boss Kenny Dalglish views Warnock, who began his career with the Reds, as the answer to his team's left-back problem.

Warnock can't get a game for Villa but would be the solution for Liverpool? erm...OK.
BTW, only just noticed the price for lukaku, 22mill for a 17YO?..isn't that a bit OTT?
