WOAH CALM DOWN CALM DOWN EVERYBODY
Smashed - I haven't turned my back on Gerrard at all, with his injury record the way it is at the moment, he will not be able to start every game next season I'm fairly sure, so thats why he was omitted from my line-up I'd love nothing more than him getting back to his rampaging best.
Kinboshi - Thats the problem isn't it, against Everton, sure, its a big stage he scored a hattrick fair play to him but there has been easily 6 or 7 league games around that that he was very ordinary, I dont think you can deny he is past his peak and cant deliver the same performances week in week out like he used to, as I said above the team I picked is looking forward to the future, if we can squeeze 2-3 more good years out of Stevie I would be happy,I don't get the short memory comment though tbh, It's as if you think I'm just washing my hands of him with no appreciation of all that he's done.

I was replying to Herbie, talking about lots of Liverpool fans in general. Same as those who quickly forget what Carra gave to the side, for example.

Actually think Carroll has been brilliant today aside from his finishing. Happy he's scored that.

Very much this.
Has been very good over the past few games, needs a run in the side to have any chance of showing his worth.
Bellamy showed his class when he came on. He's got that ability to turn games.

Reckon Carroll was being fouled when he scored?

I've just seen today's game, I think its pretty obv that there have been some mistakes made personnel wise this season but man alive they have run badly at times in the last few months.
Was incred they didn't win today.

Yup Bobby, today was probably mild enough compared to other games where they have battered teams with no reward, the woodwork situation is farcical to say the least, I'm talking inside of posts and running across the lines and undersides of the bar not just skimming posts ye know, It would be nice if a couple of deflections or a goalkeeping mistake or something just hit the net, abs nothing is going in.
As you say It's not the whole problem at Liverpool but I wouldn't fancy us in a a coinflip put it that way!
