Anyone?
Second from last chance tonight to qualify for the grand prix tonight.
I'm a bit torn actually as to whether to go tonight or tomorrow for my only pop at qualifying for this, what do people think?
As walsall is the only qualifier tonight does that mean there will be loads of pro's there with pockets full of wedge?
As tomorrow there is more than one qualifier will this make it slightly easier or will the fact it'll be the last chance mean there will be even more rich gits attending?
How many rebuys do i take?
Does taking rebuys with you mean you are being negative?
Any help is appreciated.

Ill probably go tonight IFM. Taking re-buys to this event is not being negative, but being realistic.
This tourny is the best value throughout the year in my opinion, especially if you do get in for £100.
Based on200 players the seats are worth £1,250 each, so if you rebuy and add on its still good value.
The first year I qualified it cost £1,750  Sad over a few attempts  ,last year cost me £100 Grin.
Hope to see you in the final

it's cost me too much this year. Five attempts, including three bubbles before I made it. By the fifth time it became a matter of pride not money. Not the best strategy really!

I am therefore not best qualified to answer but....you have to take enough for rebuys, by all means try and play it as a freezeout but I would think unless things go extremely well you'll want a top up at a minimum

Who knows, as it's last chance saloon you might find some peeps throwing the rebuys around. All you need to do is find a monster early-ish doors and you'll be paid

Good luck Ian!

I'd suggest that tonight will be less manic than tomorrow, and would be the preferred option for me.

If you can afford it £300 is a reasonable amount to risk, as the rewards are potentially very high.

Good luck !.

they  are expecting 100 plus players tonight as they have cancelled the normal tournies tonight and tomorrow  and this will  create min  15 seats if not more just for tonight,  but the talk is they come with bulging pockets tonight so be on guard. tomorrow will be slightly easier i think. good luck whichever night you go .

Yes I am certainly going- As people have said it could be very good value.. I reckon 300 is about right- It is likely to be a bit manic at first as I think rebuys are only for 70 mins or so but at least if you can find a hand you will get paid!

there are two rebuy levels...30 mins then 45 mins and then the last three hands and top up

you will need 10k chips plus after this to even consider not having the top up IMO

I gather El Blondie is planning to go either tonight or tomorrow - tonight, I believe. Considering his current form, that's good news for everyone else........
