I keep getting the following window popping up:
ESP NT System Service Launcher has encountered problems and needs to close, We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Then options to debug, send /don't send error report to microsoft when choosing one of these it stops all internet activity.

Any ideas on how to cure this?

When I stuck 'ESP NT System Service Launcher' into Google I found this from the first page of results.
