3rd party deposits

Hi,
Advice please.
My sons, as a fathers day gift, decided to deposit money for me in my Blonde and Pokerstars accounts. Both payments were made with 1 one of my sons cards and were accepted.
I have recently received an email from support at Blonde saying that I need to contact them as 3rd party deposits are not allowed (even though my account has been credited) I have replied to their email and wait their response.
The question I have is not whether 3rd party deposits should be allowed, if that is the ruling then fair enough. However, is a funds transfer between poker accounts which i see talked about not the same thing. A person deposits money in their account and then can transfer between poker account, or have I got the wrong end of the stick?

Thanks Kev,
wasn't looking for help, I've spoken to support and as usual they were helpful. Just thought it strange that transfers can been done between accounts but not 3rd party deposits and wanted feedback.
