Some hot (well, semi-hot) girl-on-girl action, the one in front with 18,425 in chips.

Phil Laak is still running strog, probably still in the top 10, although he did just lose out in a pot to H.O.R.S.E casher Chris Reslock, the latter calling a 4,250 bet on a board of before checking and winning on the River with .

Here's El Blondie, sat next to Julian Gardner.  Up over 50k now, and looking pretty relaxed in the tournament which seems to be most his element...

Nice to see that the premier poker tournaments  in the world are run so well, Dave C and Marty reg together and surprise surprise end up sitting side by side and Andy and Adrian I assume reg together and sit side by side, nice random table drawing.

Here's Finn du jour Patrik Antonius, one of the chip leaders at this point.  An all rounder who manages to find the spare time to grace the covers of all poker magazines ever, I am not at all surprised to find he plays PLO well too.  I wouldn't be surprised if Bluff Magazine reported he could fly.

Really?  Has this been a complaint from many players throughout the series, or just this one event?  It always could be random...but it sounds odd.

Unfortunately, we can't see how Roland is getting on in the No Limit Hold'Em final as it's one of those Internet final that they hide away in a private area.

Actually, Dubai says that they only let one filled. According to Dubai, he couldn't fill the spot.  Grin

You should have been in Deauville in 2006. That time they drew tables in alphabetical order so the Boatman brothers were sitting next to each other. I remember Jen (Mason) being drawn next to Isabelle Mercier. Ridiculous.

Whilst I was chatting to Dubai during the break (8k to 35k back down to 25k - "I'm gambling, having fun"), I also ran into Michael Greco, running steady with 28k.

Found another Irishman to in big-ginger-haired Paul (or David, my memory is fading) Murray - will keep an eye on his, he's currently sharing a table with fellow countryman Padraig Parkinson.
