Computer help
«

I have downloaded some video clips from my digital camera on to my computer. How do I save them on to a CD/DVD in a format that I can play back using a DVD player?
TIA

Have you got Nero? The latest version should be able to convert them into a format you can watch.

The easiest way is to use a standard bit of DVD burning software such as Nero and with in the photo and video section is a "make your own dvd-video".
This type of function usually allows you to simply add any movie file from your pc such as an .avi, .mpg, .mpeg etc to the disc as if you are burning a normal CD/DVD and it does the clever stuff of converting it all on it's own. You can even create custom dvd menus on it which can be kind of fun.
I personally use Nero as it has come with every dvd/cd writer I have ever purchased but find it easy to use.
Hope this helps and points you in the right direction.

Yes but where you download it from depends on if you want the official version or the 'free' version

You can use windows movie maker already installed on your puter.
Open it up, import pictures and drag them into the boxes along the bottom, then save them as a movie and burn it to disk.
You can also add a soundtrack if you want.

Is that just pictures or can you use video clips as well?

Who were you chasing? Presumably this was after school.
