My new laptop seems to have a problem.

But I thought I'd better check to see if any technical types knew a way to fix it before sending it back to Dell to fix.

The problem is that when I put a CD in it looks like it's reading it, and then once it's finished it ejects.

Has anybody come across this problem before? And is there any way of getting it to stop without getting the CD drive replaced?
