Well done Mr. K.

Now you've managed to win something I actually hope you go on to win loads more.

Total brick would've obviously been much funnier but congrats all the same.

Nice blog sir, soooo jealous of you meeting Sami Farha.  I just adore that man, I have always wished he was my Dad for some reason! In fact, what nationality is he? I don't even know.

He's got nothing on Big Angelo!

Oh & that bloody phone, I was concerned too at the zillion icons you had across the top bar.  Do you even know how to download apps? Don't think we reached that chapter, we spent too long on the "How to Text" section Smiley

I think I need to get out there - just to sort your electronics out obv Wink
Errrrr further to our conversation... get on a plane NOW. Great too see you pokerchick x

They are not too dissimilar, but I'm not gonna ever admit my dad is cool.

Morning, especially to "investors" & stakees......

Got to be brief, as I've not penned today's Blog yet, but.....

Quite a difficult choice today, as to playing.

There is a whoppa @ The Venetian, $2,500, but given I'm not running, or maybe playing, too well, that's probably not very sensible.

There is also a WSOP Omaha/Hi-Lo 7 card Stud Bracelet Event too, again, very tempting, but @ $2,500, same comments as above.

But a $200 Rebuy/add-on jobbie @ The Wynn caught my eye, looks pretty good, & I've never played poker @ The Wynn, so that looks the fave at the moment. Has anybody got any experience of this Tourney, or comments about it? Anyone know how many runners it has been getting, how many rebuys it averages?

http://www.visitwynn.com/documents/WynnPoker_WCSG_Structure.pdf

For purposes of budget, I'd need to budget for one rebuy, & one add-on, both seem, to me, pretty much mandatory, so we are talking $600.

Thoughts anyone? Advice would be very welcome, tia.

As to future spend on the stake, not sure how much I've blown so far, or concrete plans going forward, but I plan to play Wednesday's $1,500 @ The Venetian, as I already agreed to play that with the Thewster, & the $1,000 affair at Binions at the end of this week.

So, I'm not exactly setting Vegas on fire so far, but I think my projected spend is ikely to come in far less than the $10k max spend I originally suggested.

I duffed out again yesterday - details in upcoming Day 7 Blog - but I had a 10% swap with James Hartigan, which yielded $400, & I'm putting that in the stakers scheme, so total yield so far comes to $702 + $400.

"Going skinto slowly" seems to be the theme......

Hving an abso ball though. Was not too well yesterday, just tiredness I think, & was in bed by 5pm, & never woke until 6am today, & feeling better.

Had I have seen this earlier I would have said go for the bracelet event.

Would I have got to wear it 5% of the time?

gutted for u the Wynn final didn't go as planned but pretty horrid way to go from being favourite for the $20k up top to out for 10% of that. Looked like u were having fun despite the crapshootiness and have to say it's great to be in your company, with redic enthusiasm and love for life, when all around are down in the dumps about doing their money in. Perspective and all, let's hook up this week before u have to get down to proper work...

You were on it before I'd even finished Posting the links yesterday Ralph!

No Arsenal stuff today, it's all a bit humdrum, actually, I'm not at all happy with it, to be honest. Just trying to finish it now.

When writing is a struggle, it's bad writing, when it comes easy, it's readable. Today, I've really struggled.

The "hits" are way up though, we broke the record yesterday, so overall, I'm happy.

Not been on forum much with the past couple of weeks, but one of the few things I've not missed each day are your updates from Vegas.  Sure to give me a giggle every time.  Stay safe and have fun.  x

I agree with this.  I've been looking out for them each day, they're great reading.

Albeit, when Jeeves then does his version of them, they're even better reading  Wink
