I'm playing day 1b Tone.
When I went back to DTD on Sunday to play my 5bb on day 2 of the 100k GTD, I went out on the first hand that I played.
However....
Instead of going straight home, I stayed and played the satellite for the £1 million UKIPT and somehow, I managed to bink a seat.
So. that being the case, if it's OK by you, and if none of the other diners object, I would like to buy one slice of that shit sandwich back.
You binked a seat? Wow, well done!
I blame Matt Russell for making you go back, those maths he did saying your chips were worth whatever made my eyes bleed. He was right though, just this once.
If I read you correctly, you want to buy back some of the 25% I currently have - is that correct? If so, yes, of course - how much do you want back?
Next up, we can begin negotiations on price......I'm gonna get Matt Russell to be my broker. God help you.
You currently have three slices. two large, and one small. I would like to buy one large slice back please.
I think £55 would be a fair and reasonable price.

Can we have side bets on who's going to come out ahead in these negotiations please?
Trust me, Rex, I'm getting Russell on the case, but to be honest with you, I think Tom will back down, & decide not to buy any back. Mark my words.

I'm not so sure about Chris Evans doing the golf on the radio - I feel he adds nothing. Their coverage was already very good and it still is, despite him, not because of him.

Yes, but you are a bit old for the Chris Evans style, so you would not appeciate it.

To be honest as much as I'd love to help with negotiations there's not a lot to be done.
Tom wants to buy back 10% of himself that you've previously purchased. This 10% is only actually worth 7% due the mark up Tom adds to cover the cost of placing the shit between 2 slices of bread.
Obviously you can't expect Tom to pay a mark up on himself so that would value the shares at £77 * 0.7 which is £53.90
Tom's initial £55 offer seems quite reasonable really. He's obviously done his maths to get this figure and decided that as you're a friend he'd round it up to keep things fair.
I don't see how it can be any different really?

Sorry if you weren't happy with my work Tikay. If it'll help me to maintain my position I'll sell you a piece of my action today.
I wasn't planning on selling but if it'll make you happy you can have a little piece to give you interest in all 3 days.

FFS, I'm being shafted both ends here!
PS - Yes please, & I hope you win the whole quarter of a mill, that'll teach you to mess with me. How much are you offering me, & can I abuse you mercilessly?

I think 10% of Matt's action is worth ~ £95
