Tikay. I just patted 76543 in a $230 8game comp. (Thank goodness it was triple draw and I could put it down to a "read" when the other guy bet!).

I still have above average chips. There is literally no justice in poker.

I believe in you.

Thanks Glenda.

Never quite sure how to interpret your posts, and the key word was "amaze"......! Have taken it at face value, and you are right, it would be, thank you.

Physically, very comfy at my new table. Seat 5 is perfect, as I struggle to see the board cards otherwise, and unlike my opening table yesterday, the light level is very good, so I do not need to squint to see my cards.

Have passed on the good wishes to the Animal, and Canada's Ben Dobson.

Three all-ins already. Carnage.

139 remain.

Seat 8 is 7 years old.

Face value. Pretty hard for me to ever be taken as sincere but it was just that :-)

Early skirmish.

5 way pot, chopped it heads up for a net gain of 4,000 or so.

Flopped both nut draws, but bottled potting it, as the 7 year old was behind me, and if he came over the top, I would have had to shove all in. As it happens, having seen his hand, he would have folded.

Should have potted flop, obviously, but too early (for me) to be gambling for my tourney, too much fun mileage remains.

Bad turn killed my nut low draw, perfect river gave me nut high.

His hand was

Mine was    Two Diamonds

Board was  three clubs

I know, I know, shocking play by me, but I am so nervous, and have too many chips. With 10 bigs I would have done it on the flop, easy, but no gamble, and way too nitty.

Save the flaming until I bust, please.  Smiley

Had A-A-4-7 in the BB, it was walked to the Small, so could not exert much leverage.

He check raised me, with no fold equity (playing around 12,000) on the K-Q-9 no suit flop.

I did what nits do.

I feel so weak now, lol.

First level complete, my table about to break.

113 left, so 30 players busted in that level!

Unforch, we have lost a few, and are down to 18,000.

Not worried - truly. If we drop to 10 bigs, we just need a raiser in front of us, and a half decent two way hand, and we will ship.

Full 2xup v the 7 year old, then took another small pot off him.

46,000, average 34,646.

The dream lives on.

Really enjoying myself now, this is nearly as good as sex, or sticky buns.

Ben Dobson is up to about 20k, and The Animal 43,000.

Doobs has about 25,000.

My BritRail has arrived, Lord Channing and Lovejoy.
