I've left him to it. Didn't want to give the thread updates on tikay's scoff, quaff and ablutions. Too much of a good thing and all that.

Is it playing down to the final tonight?

PS - the turn was an Ace.

2xUp, 15 Bigs, and we have laddered again.

Some slowroll sir, did me! Come on the tikay!

Win the money then get on the spin up tables!

Lol, don't start on the spin up malarky, spent all morning on that.

Smiley

You even said you can make money playing them!

Phew, got back with a minute to spare. Got me a Starby, too.

62,500 @ 2,500-5,000.

Safely belts on, bumpy ride ahead.

How good does it get?

Late stages of a WSOP PLO thing, a Starby, and Jeff Duval.

I see Eric Blair is still going. Must love PLO. A case of four cards good; two cards bad, perhaps?

Horrible feeling this joke is a bit "Frasier". It amused me enough to try it twice anyway.

I also note Earl Odom is both 14th and 16th in the chip counts on wsop.com. Sort it out, KarmaDope!

Fig 1. A Frasier joke.

4 tables now = 36 left = another ladder.

BUSTO, 36th place, just shy of $5,000.

Deets to follow after I've had a wee.

 I was playing 57,500 @ 2,500-5,000 and made it 15,000 with......

The Big Blind shoved very confidently, so it looked like we had walked smack into the aces.

Can't fold, obv, and it's decent enough given our stack, so we call quickly.

He has......

The flop looked as good as it gets......

The turn was no good.......

Neither was the river.....

And that's the problem with motoring with a small stack, we have to win these coups.

No complaints though, think I was broadly luck neutral all tourney. Patience & hand selection were both ok, but I just lack that bit of gamble that the better players have.

Anyway, very happy overall, though well tired.

Will reply properly soonest, but really grateful for the rail, it genuinely helps.

Am scheduled to play at Golden Nugget at 11am tomorrow, in a mixed PLO/PLO8/BigO affair, but I need to get caught up on my work Next Door first, and get a couple of blogs written, have been neglecting work for 2 days.

If I get them done tonight, I'll be at Golden Nugget tomorrow morning and we will try and do it all again.

We are nicely in profit so far, I think, but still got plenty on the schedule, so we are far from home and dry, but all least the stakers will get a reasonable % back, even if we blank everything going forward.

Been huge fun, enjoyed the whole experience immensely.
