Not doubting Rob's ability for a second. Sure he is excellent and will be rooting for him obviously! Just saying it is a tough draw as Kevin is a pretty tidy player with $3.5m live cashes and $3.5m on stars alone and plenty elsewhere and has a tower of chips.

Zero cashes at O8?  Played him quite a bit on stars, not sure he plays much O8 there either.  He isn't going to be as good as Rob who has likely played way more hands of O8 and is/was one of the best on Stars.

Of course you can go a long way with great poker instincts, but just don't think it is that bad.

Bernado Dias is a very good player too.  You wouldn't want him on your left if he doubles up.

It's a $250 re-entry, so I reckon it will get 150 or more, maybe 200.

The rake is obscene, but what a beautiful room this is, cartainly top 5 of all the card rooms I have ever played in.

It's much bigger than it looks at first sight, too. 120 tables, so can seat 1,200.

Can't be too many permanent cardrooms (as opposed to hotels or convention centres with a temporary licence) that can seat 1,200.

The high ceiling gives it superb scale.
