A very quick answer from Ireland so thankyou Neill for that  - answer is as follows:

U are a listed player Tracey and once this is paid for 2 hours before play u will be seated . The list is full but we always get no shows , I will make sure u will be seated u have my word on that all travelling uk players will be looked after . The Listed players have up until 5.30pm on the Friday to pay for the seat and after that the seats become released to those who have not pre-registered

I can assure u 100% that your seat is guaranteed from this point ,

So if you're not a travelling Uk player and you get bumped......?! Lie!

Hi All ,

Just to confirm that all pre registerred names are guaranteed seats if they are paid for by 5.30 pm which is 2 hours before play . We have a contact number for the registration desk which can be used for our travelling UK and european players which is 00353877727307 . If by some chance that flights and traffic hold you up please be assured we will assist u in anyway possible and hold the seat if u call the Registration desk and explain your situation .

The list stands at 340 with capacity of 320-330 . We always allow for no shows and Super sats which take up 50 seats , Pre registerred players will take some sat tickets whcih will obviously free up seats

After this we will have alternates in place for the first 3 levels of play only and all players start with no penalty and a full starting stack , If u require further info please feel free to contact me directly at neill_kelly@hotmail.com

my name is on the list

i have never had any intention of playing the main event due to the fact its 3 days not 2

i was planning on playing some smaller events but due to winning a seat to the virgin event and going to dtd
and a few other small problems i will no longer be attending the festival

so if you remove my name you can get an extra place

Couldnt we all bunch together, throw all our money on one of us 225-1 shots, lock colclough, mason, kendall etc out of the building and clean paddypower out?

This is supposed to be a community after all  Wink

i reckon el blondie at 66/1 is a great each way bet, I'm gonna have a few quid each way on him plus the rookster at 100/1. Ericstoner doesnt give his chips away easy 150/1 worth a few quid as I can imagine the headlines now if he goes and wins it!!

Couldn't see a price for the Duke but apparently he's 1/7 to dring the hotel dry of guinness.

Looking forward to this, just 3 days at work to get through next week, then flying to waterford thursday morning.

 thumbs up

Rang Paddy Power tried to place two bets

1. On me to win -- (15 minutes of laughter on the phone)
2. They don't take bets on drinking competitions (DOH! my money was on Dewi)
