just spoke to kila (mrs kalmar). he's exhausted and elated. it's going to feel like a long wait for the final table, but my god what an acheivement.

two months ago jon told me that things were running so badly for him that he was considering going back to work in IT. looks like that plan is on the back burner now.

i'm biased because he's my good friend.... but i reckon he deserves it. he's talented, humble and generous. not a bad combination IMHO...

bring it home m8

Is it true that he'd packed to come home, before he won a satallite, then had to cancel his flight & unpack again ?

I think he was due to fly back on Day 3, if my memory serves me correct.

ive played with him a few times and he is fearless.,.,
i remember him bad beating one of my mates on the final table and he ended up coming second.,.,he went upto my mate and MADE him take a drink for his bad beat he put on him.,.,.,a nice gesture id say.,.,.,good luck mate.,.as barry said youve done fantastic to get here.,.and im sure you got the balls to stick it in.,.
