Just eaten a bag of cherries whilst playing a few MTT's, i've now got the worse stomach pains i've ever had, it's got to be on par with giving birth...
What will calm it down, i've had a clearout but that hasn't helped.
HELP....

that's a fact as well, i read it in a book, I'm doing it right now to prove the point except i dont have any cherries so i'm using smarties and ive only got one tube so it's probably not going to work but on the plus side, smarties for breakfast,result.

time sounds like the only real cure!  Unless you can buy something for stomach cramps at the pharmacy?  if cherries dont do that to you normally, maybe its been the chemicals they spray on them. did you wash them before eating?
