hi, am wondering if anyone can offer any help - i came second in 9.5k gtd event on UltimateBet on fri night/sat am....and hence did my first cashout of 1.8k usd. Expected the money to go onto my visa card which i have used to make deposits however i get an email today saying its gone to my netteller account which i have no knowledge of. i also get an email from netteller acknowledging this receipt. what is worrying is that there is another email from an internet company acknowledging payment of something for usd 150. again i no nothing of this. i am worried am getting screwed here but UB have not got a phone number for contacting support and am anxiously awaiting email responses. Can anyone offer any suggestions / help? thx.

Have you ever had a netteller account? Is the cashout that you made the only cashout that has been processed?

The $150 payment could just be a spam email, does it mention netteller at all?

internetbanking@neteller.com

They open at 5PM (english time).  Don't expect a quick reply (1-2 days).  They won't give you a phone number either, if you ring neteller you can only moan to customer support who are useless.

This is odd, because ultimatebet.com gives you the option of choosing your cashout method (I chose neteller, changed it to cheque recently then more recently back to Neteller) and i would be surprised if the "default" is Neteller.

I would doubt they could credit back onto your VISA as most VISA suppliers don't allow credit backs above the original deposit amount  (though I've not used VISA for gaming transactioins for at least 2 years!)?

Many sites allow you to deposit from your visa, but not withdraw.

I found this out the hard way when I came to cash out. I had to set-up a Netellar account and have them send me a cheque.

By the way - what happened when you tried to access your Netellar account that you are being told you have?

Hi

I would not worry about this, it happen'd to me when I cashed from UB, your money IS safe.

It was a long time ago and cant remember the details now.

If you play on a lot of sites, neteller is great for moving your money around between them, I also find the cashout's very quick, allthough the exchange rates are not the best.

I think UB have changed their policy. Last time I cashed out it went to Neteller as well. Personally I dont like using Neteller as their exchange rates are rubbish. I preferred the cheques UB sent.

Use netteller to tranfer the funds to a site e.g. ladbrokes which has good banking facilities then withdraw from ladbrokes to your credit/debit card Cool

I had terrible trouble when i tried to set up a Netteller account.  For some reason their setup system would not accept UK as country of residence.   I told Neteller this, and they said not to worry, but to just put in my country of residence as Zimbabwe!!!!

That was enough to put me off for good.

re depositing from netteller in to ladbrokes and then withdrawing to credit/debit card. you can also withdraw the cash from any ladbrokes shop.
