Hope its not late but I felt I needed to post a thank you for all the support I have recieved. It truely has been overwelming.
Shame I couldn't bring it home but I can honestly say I have no regrets and feel no disapointment (Hard really to have either after making the final event of the biggest event of the year). I doubt I would be any happier winning it.
The money I won although not massive compared to the top 3, is more than enough to change my life and give me the security to play the game for a good while longer. Hopefully the result will enable me to get the sponsorship we all desire so much.

I have had great support on various forums and will be posting a copy of this to them all (basically I can't be arsed writing it again)

Thanks again and I look forward to meeting all of you through various events in the future and who knows I may still have enough money left to buy you a pint.

I don''t know if anyone is aware that i have recently been to Vegas!! I had the pleasure (and I mean pleasure) of meeting Jon throughout the comp. I can honestly say his demeanour didn't change at any stage and his help to us in the programme was immeasurable.I know if he had had won he would still have turned up the following day to film with us, as he did, and that to me is a true mark of the  man. He did himself, and his family, proud. And to drive slowly enouigh to let TK follow shows a degree of patience far and above that needed to go so deep.

WELL DONE JON.

Fantastic effort Skalie!  I think the whole of the poker-playing UK was behind you, we certainly were on here.

See you at the next blonde bash - but remember, that'll be a much harder tournament than that WSOP whatsit, so don't expect to final table there Grin.

Respect - Chorleyville will never be the same. I vote they put a final table WSOP sign as you come into your fair town. ( Like St Helens do as World Club Rugby League Champs - take note Kinboshi)
