I was very short stacked early on ( less than 1k).. then just kept getting useful hands.. as well as folding hands that I normally dont!!!

Tremendous news for both of these Sky Poker regulars!

Apothecary is actually funding her honeymoon - on the QE2 I believe - from "The Open" on Sky Poker winnings. She was at the Sky Live Day in Birmingham recently, & was clearly tremendously popular with her fellow players.

Poker CAN make dreams come true!

Big congrats terri. Glad to see somoene did well last night! (I took a big hit on KK busted by QQ hitting trips on the only big pair I didnt take down preflop-AA twice and KK twice and everyone folded preflop for me lol)

and Terri ( well Colin) went out in horrifying circumstances last night

all in preflop AQ v 10 

flop  turn x river 

and that was the 2nd royal flush of the tourny ( 1st one beat quads)
