Why do they make them so ludicrously tasty?

I'm going through a Rice Krispie phase. I'm not proud. Yesterday, my 8 year old daughter casually suggested that I could warm the milk in the microwave. In addition to not being too proud, from time to time, clearly, I'm not too smart.
It's yet to be seen how the phase will develop, but given this new nugget of information, the use of 'pop, crackle and ping' as a diet tool could well backfire.

Knowing you Matt, I bet yours are pressed out individually on the upper thigh of a Philippino hand-maden.

Its been all downhill since.
Maybe I should try these cornflake things.

lidl's brand are much much better than the kelloggs ones! A box is roughly 4 bowls of cereal for me as tend to have massive amounts when i get that cereal craving! But i tend to go between cereal and toast fixes, each period usually lasts for 3 weeks or so till i get sick of it and move back to the other one. But with the toast craving im not sure if its the bread or the marmite i crave, never have anything else on my toast (apart from butter of course before you chirp in smart arses!)

Toast is just crap!
Toast, made from thick slices of bread from an uncut loaf.... toasted on an open fire using my grandad's home made toasting fork....spread with real butter while still hot so that most of the butter melts except for a few small islands......
